Patch 0.7.3 released

Some users are experiencing a crash on Windows 10 when opening a file dialogue, for example File > Preprocess

Thankfully one of the viewers on djh0ffman's Twitch stream reproduced the issue and sent me a dump file. Thanks Bobert Fossilington! It looks very much like this is caused by a bug in the very latest version of Visual Studio 2022, which was used to build version 0.7.0.

If you are experiencing this issue, please ensure you have the very latest MSVC redistributables installed. They can always be downloaded directly from Microsoft. But I hope I've patched around this problem in Windows x64 build 0.7.3, which is now available and attached to this post. Please let me know if this fixes it for you or if it is still broken.
